Is this a flavus or male crabro??

It's crabro; flavus have a slimmer body and only vertical bars.

what's the chances of being baliodigma?

Well the elongate body and pointed snout are more suggestive of M. baliodigma than Met. crabro. I can't recall ever seeing M. baliodigma offered in the U.S.; if you're in Europe I'd say baliodigma is more likely.
