Performed some routine water changes of 30-50%. Had a crisis when supply hose came apart at coupling. Upon repair, forgot to dechlor a juvenile tank. Refilled without noticing. Checked a couple hours later to find 5 juvenile Cyprichromis expired and three L134 cats stressed. Lake Victoria Hap. and mbuna juveniles also in the aquarium appeared unaffected.

Perhaps level of disinfectant has been increased after coliform tests shutdown water distribution in other areas of triangle. Add the dechlor.!!
