30 gallon 1 Brichardi-what can i add?

My Brichardi has killed all of his tank mates. What Tanganikan fish can I add and how many?

If the brichardi has eliminated all others, you're probably going to have trouble with anything you add. I'm going to assume the brichardi is fairly good-size which means you'd have to add other adults/near adults in numbers such that the brichardi can spread the aggression and not eliminate them...this can get [too] expensive. I'd probably trade the brichardi and start with smaller juvenile fish. Julidochroms or Chalinochromis would probably be a little less aggressive in an aquarium of that size compared to the N. brichardi/pulcher types. If the shape of the brichardi types is what you're looking for, Neolamprologus gracilis gets the lyre-tail, but stays a bit smaller and IME a bit less aggressive. Other possibilities with Julidochromis might include Altolamprologus calvus/compressiceps, and a shelldwelling species.

Wsup guy's & girls?
I started out with 4 Brichardi, 1 disappeared, then I was down to 3 Brichardi.
I attempted to add 2 Lelupi's (that were propably to small) that were MURDERED over night. Then, I watched the Brichardi team up and KILL one of there own. I thought that was it, but then the other day the biggest Brichardi KILLED his companion. I need to know what fish and how many of them I can put in a 30 gallon with one male (i think) brichardi. I bought these fish cuzz they are small and I thought would be perfect for a 30 gallon, even if they spawned. Now I know I need a bigger tank, but this is some bullshit!! How can I be stuk with one little Brichardi? I wanted my tank with some fish that all came from the same Lake but right now I am confused.

p.s. this all happened over a period of 5 months.

Thankz for all comments.

You'll likely have trouble finding anything to go with one brichardi that either it will not eliminate or will not eliminate it. Trying to add adult fish will be risky and much more expensive. I'd trade or give-away the brichardi and start with a couple species of small fish again.
