Hey guys, my name is Anthony I live in Clinton NC. I have met some of you at the Raliegh auctions in the past. I keep all Tangs. I have sold fish to some of you as well.

Well enough about me.....

Here's a little update on the fish I purchased for Joe up in VA.

F-1 Samazi Frontosa
No special lighting, just the All-Glass lights that come with the tank.

Welcome to the forum. Great fish. I'd have to add an addition to fit an aquarium large enough for that number of those guys so I'll just have to admire the photos for now!

Thanks, The aquarium is only a 125, the fish appear to be bigger then they actually are. The biggest male is only about 5", most are around 3.5". I'm in the process now of getting rid of the larger males. Then the hunt will begin for the new Alpha. Samazis aren't as easy as some of the other variants to find. So finding a large male may prove difficult at best.

BTW, Scott Green directed me to your site from the Raleigh borad. Nice place you have here. I meet Scott a few years back at the Raleigh auction, also met his friend from the SouthPort area, for some reason I just can't remember his name (Sal or Richard maybe??). I sold him my Alpha Burundi Frontosa. They also were nice enough to bring an aquarium back to the Clinton area for me that my wife and I purchased from the Raliegh acution. I may have met you as well just can't place the name.

I'm new to the state (1 yr) so I haven't been at all the events yet; in fact the Charlotte auction may be my first. Doesn't seem be cichlid specialty clubs or forums in the region so hopefully this board and perhaps some crossover traffic from the website I've done for several years will help.
